Katherine Baker is the Director of Operations and Development for Comcast’s Business Services department for the Keystone Region, based in Pittsburgh, PA. As Director, Kathy is responsible for directing the operational activities and driving key operational metrics across the Keystone Regional Business Services department. She oversees the processes and implementation of converting signed contracts through installation including tracking and reporting on related performance metrics, provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. She is also responsible developing and implementing processes and operational framework to comply with division and corporate strategies across the matrix of regional organizations that interact with the Business Services organization.
Over the past decade, she has held multiple positions at Comcast, such as Sales Engineer, Trainer, and her most recent position as Senior Project Manager in the Engineering department responsible for construction builds for fiber-based customers utilizing Comcast’s Enterprise and Cell Backhaul services. She started her career out in the field of IT Networking and Telecommunications working her way up from desktop and file server support to management prior to joining Comcast.
Kathy holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Information Technology from Duquesne University. She resides in the Pittsburgh area with her husband Keith.
