Katherine Byrnes currently serves as Contractor Management Team (CMT) Manager for South Carolina in the Residential Technical Operations Department. In this role, she manages the performance of all installation and drop bury contractors for South Carolina. She also oversees Quality Control for all South Carolina contractors. She ensures that targets are met for all AIP metrics, as well as other key performance targets. In addition, she communicates TWC manpower requirements and activity forecasts to installation vendors.
Katherine began her career in the cable industry in 2002 when she joined Time Warner Cable as a Staff Accountant. She has received several promotions throughout the years and has held the following roles within the Finance department: Property Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, and Accounting Capital Manager. She decided to begin a career in Operations in 2010 as a Senior Operations Analyst.
In 2009, she was nominated for the WICT Woman to Watch Award. She has also held the role of Social Media Director for WICT Carolinas (LinkedIn).
In her current role as CMT Manager, she is viewed as a rising talent within Time Warner Cable. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Katherine worked in various accounting roles with other corporations in the Columbia, SC area. Katherine received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, as well as her Master of Arts in Organizational Change and Leadership, from Columbia College.
She resides in Irmo, SC with her husband, Michael and daughter, Abigail.
