Katherine Creech currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations for Business Services at Cable One (DBA Sparklight®). Sparklight is a leading broadband communications provider committed to providing its customers and communities with connectivity that enriches their world.
As a 20-year industry veteran, Katherine is one of the founding leaders of the Business Services Division at Cable One. Here she built the infrastructure and teams that would be responsible for the care and support of small to medium business and enterprise-level business customers. In her current role, she is responsible for executing on key strategic initiatives and achieving full operational performance of the business services organization. Included in her portfolio are customer care, order fulfillment, fiber deployment, and product development for Business Services as well as Operational Direction for the Advertising Sales division.
Prior to being named Senior Director of Operations, Katherine served as Director, Business Care where she pioneered and launched the call center and order fulfillment center focused on a white glove service customer experience.
A Dean’s list graduate from the University of Phoenix, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Katherine served as chartering club president and is a founding member of the Sparklight Toastmasters Club for Cable One; a club focused on building tomorrow’s leaders through communication and leadership development.
Katherine lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and two orange tabby cats (aptly named Frank & Dean for their love of The Rat Pack era). She enjoys working on home projects, traveling, and hiking in the great outdoors.
