Kathryn Koles joined Comcast in 2002 and currently serves as Associate General Counsel to Comcast Spotlight, the advertising division of Comcast Cable. In her role, Kathryn represents Comcast Cable’s law department by providing legal advice and counsel to Comcast Spotlight’s in connection with its corporate, business and operational affairs. As Associate General Counsel for Comcast Spotlight, Kathryn’s responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with advertising agencies, equipment/software vendors and other third parties. In addition, she provides legal training and offers guidance to ensure compliance with legal policies and procedures and applicable FCC and FTC regulatory laws. Prior to joining Comcast, Kathryn served as Senior Operations Counsel for AT&T Broadband and Tele-Communications, Inc. Her career also includes over 10 years of general corporate practice. She was a partner at Reiner & Koles, P.C. from 1995-1997, and an associate at Meyner and Landis from1985-1995. Kathryn holds a J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. She now lives in Basking Ridge, New Jersey with her husband and daughter.
