As VP of IT Ordering, Kathy leads IT operations and development for Charter’s websites and multiple Buyflows across the Residential and Business customer segments. She has responsibility for integrating Buyflow technology and platforms across 3 companies post 2016 merger between Charter, TWC and BHN. Before joining IT, she spent four years as VP of Digital Marketing revamping the Digital Marketing program and growing the eCommerce sales channel at Charter.
Prior to Charter, Kathy spent several years consulting in Silicon Valley with a variety of companies from startups to Fortune 100 on web site development and digital marketing strategy. Her first foray into website development and eCommerce was leading the user experience for the initial launch of the Verizon.com site.
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia. When not hanging out in St. Louis with her husband and two kids, she enjoys reading, travelling and fast cars.
