Engagement Manager Comcast
Kayla Glasgow is an Engagement Manager on the Comcast Assurance and Advisory Team at Comcast Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for managing teams in providing quality, risk-based assurance and consultative services to the audit committee and management across Comcast’s portfolio of businesses including Comcast Corporate, Cable and NBC Universal.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2014, Kayla had a 10-year career at Dell, Inc. in Austin, TX where she served in a variety of finance roles across the organization. Kayla began her career as a business controls analyst, responsible for internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley testing across Dell’s U.S. manufacturing and fulfillment footprint, later taking on additional financial, planning, and analysis responsibilities. She then spent four-years in Corporate Planning where her responsibilities included providing competitive analysis, in-quarterly revenue and profitability analytics, and executive presentations for the CFO and Finance leadership teams.
Kayla received her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin as part of the Executive MBA program in 2012. She also holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Kayla currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and is an avid college football fan.
