Regional VP, Customer Care Time Warner Cable
Kelle Salter is the Regional Vice President of Customer Care Business Services, for Time Warner Cable. She is responsible for the Business Services Care Operations, which includes Order Management, Business Class Phone provisioning, and the Inbound Call Centers. Prior to assuming her current position, Kelle was recruited by Time Warner Cable in 2004 to assist in the launch of our Digital Phone product. Her experience includes over 25 years with MCI where she moved through multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility in the call center, database support, and service delivery.
