Kelli Kearney Hill

Kelli is Vice President of Project Management & Customer Experience for Comcast’s Beltway Region.  In this role, she leads a team responsible for managing the launch of new products and services, as well as driving cross-functional initiatives and business process improvement efforts to transform the customer experience. 


With over 25 years of experience Kelli is an operations professional who combines strategic planning balanced with implementing tactical solutions to achieve results. Throughout her career at Comcast Kelli has concentrated on developing strategies that positively impact people, enhance processes and leverage technology, including launching a Virtual front-line customer service agent program.  She and her teams have also led numerous complex business initiatives that have improved customer experience performance metrics including the Net Promoter Score.   


Prior to Comcast Kelli held positions of increasing responsibility in Client Services and Operations including Managing Director and Vice President at a leading tele-services organization.  


Kelli is a member of Women in Cable & Telecommunications and a graduate of the NAMIC Executive Leadership Develop Program.  She also takes an active role in her community as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. 


Kelli is a cum laude graduate of The American University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.  She resides in Maryland with her husband, Vincent and two children, Morgan and Zachary.
