VP, Brand Lead, MTV UK Northern & Eastern Europe Viacom
Kelly Bradshaw is Vice President and Brand Lead for MTV UKNEE. Responsible for MTV UK’s channel and brand strategy, Kelly manages programming, marketing, creative, music commissioning & production and talent & music.
She oversees a portfolio of eighteen channels in the UK, including the MTV, Vh1 & BET flagships and the UK’s No1 Music Network, plus a global suite of international music channels including MTV Live HD broadcast in 90 markets. Kelly also has oversight of MTV in the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe (Poland) and Russia.
Based in London, she reports into Jill Offman, EVP of Comedy Central International and Paramount Channel and Kerry Taylor EVP Youth & Music MTV Int. & CMO VIMN UK.
Kelly has commissioned hit MTV UK shows such as Teen Mom UK and The Charlotte Show and works in collaboration with MTV International on developing original programming hits such as Just Tattoo of Us.
Kelly joined MTV as a network Schedule Manager in 2004 and moved into programming in 2010, holding a number of positions in channel management and overseeing the expansion and growth of the network. Under Kelly’s leadership, MTV UK has grown over 150% in the last 10 years, and in 2018 has delivered its highest 16-34 share ever. Prior to this, she worked for the BBC.
She has acted as a mentor, and supported Viacom ERGs HERE (Women’s Network), Parenthood and Pride.
Kelly lives in London with her husband Sam and 4-year-old twin boys. As well as a love for Music and Content, Kelly has a passion for fashion and food.
