Kelly Percin is a Senior Director within Comcast’s National Engineering & Technical Operations Organization. In her current role, she is responsible for program interactions and customer engagement for the Systems Engineering team.
Kelly is a twenty four year veteran of the industry and has successfully navigated through mergers, acquisitions and transitions within US West, MediaOne, AT&T Broadband, and Comcast. Starting her career while in college, Kelly found a passion for project management and has evolved her career through increased levels of leadership in that area. Her career continues to be based on partnering with those around her, doing what is right for the customer, and delivering above and beyond what is expected.
Kelly is dedicated to the ongoing development and mentoring of others. As a long time member of WICT, she has had the opportunity to partner with many individuals as they formulate, execute on, and evolve their career plans. Kelly is currently in her fifth year on the Board of Directors of WICT Rocky Mountain as the Director of their Mentoring Program.
Outside of work, Kelly’s primary focus is on the highly-active schedule of her husband, two teenage boys, and three year old little girl. She has also eagerly taken up golf this summer, as part of the new WICT Rocky Mountain Golf Institute (RMGI).
