Keri Reisbeck is a Director of Human Resources at Comcast Spotlight, the Advertising Sales entity. Keri oversees the West Division in the development and implementation of people strategies and processes that drive enhanced business results and capabilities on both strategic and tactical levels. She is charged with developing leaders, facilitating change and developing collaborative partnerships with all levels of employees and management.
Keri has been in the telecommunications industry since 1998 and joined Comcast in 1999 via the acquisition of Jones Intercable. She has worked for the corporate offices of Comcast Cable in the capacity of the National Recruitment Manager and then the West Division office of Cable as the Human Resources Manager. In May of 2008, she joined Spotlight in her current capacity.
Keri graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University. She received her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2007.
