Kerry Brockage

Kerry Brockhage joined Lifetime Entertainment Services in 2003 as Vice President, Distribution–Legal.  She provides legal and strategic advice concerning all aspects of Lifetime’s relationship with its distribution partners. This includes the negotiation of distribution agreements for Lifetime’s three linear channels—Lifetime Television, Lifetime Movie Network and Lifetime Real Women, as well as for video-on-demand and online offerings.  Ms. Brockhage also supervises and monitors contract administration and compliance, including launch, collection, audit and bankruptcy issues.  In addition, she tracks legal and regulatory developments within the industry and provides general legal and business advice to Lifetime’s distribution management group.

Prior to joining Lifetime, Ms. Brockhage served as Vice President, Programming for Viacom Cable, where she negotiated and administered cable and broadcast programming agreements, evaluated and approved channel lineup decisions and provided legal and regulatory advice.  Ms. Brockhage also served as a Programming Negotiating Consultant for Charter Communications.

Ms. Brockhage earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley and her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.  She lives in California with her two children.
