Manager, Customer Experience Strategy Cablevision
Kërstin Fiske is Manager of Customer Experience Strategy at Cablevision, a telecommunications and media company providing digital television, voice and high-speed Internet services throughout the New York metropolitan area. Her primary focus is on creating and implementing strategies, plans and processes that improve the customer experience. Kërstin has led the conceptualization, implementation and management of Cablevision’s Voice of the Customer program, focused on consolidating customer feedback to transform data into actionable insights, while enabling a closed-loop feedback process and driving change throughout the organization.
With Cablevision for 3 years, Kërstin previously held a management role in the company’s marketing department, responsible for Customer Communications. Her responsibilities included execution of marketing plans, campaigns, projects and programs as they relate to customer communications and retention, as well as development and design of all onboarding communications, including print collateral, customer websites, emails, personalized smart videos, and bill statements.
Kërstin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Marketing concentration and minor in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook where she graduated with cum laude honors.
In her free time, Kërstin enjoys spending time with her husband, John, playing sports and enjoying summer on Long Island where she resides.
