Originally from New Zealand, Kim Chamberlain runs business operations for FreeWheel a Comcast Company. In this role she is responsible for working with senior management to develop and execute against the company’s annual operating plan. She began her career as a pricing analyst at the largest utilities company in New Zealand.
After 4 years, she moved to Sydney Australia to head up the sales operations and pricing team for Xerox. During her time here, Kim supported a 250 person sales team. She established pricing approval processes, rolled out an incentive structure to support a new high growth area and her team built the first bottoms up operating plan to achieve ~$3B in revenue for Xerox. From here, Kim relocated to New York with her Husband where she helped Heineken develop its revenue strategy and operations group in the Americas, before beginning her career at FreeWheel.
In her time at FreeWheel, Kim has developed a number of key processes to help support achievement against the company’s financial goals and has lead a number of key initiatives that have delivered significant business results. Kim has been at FreeWheel for just over 3 years and lives in Brooklyn with her husband Jeremy and their 16 month old daughter Marlowe.
