VP, Sales Strategy & Execution Time Warner Cable Media
Kim Dickson currently serves as Vice President of Sales Strategy and Execution for Time Warner Cable Media. Ms. Dickson is a member of a team responsible for development and implementation of functional and cross-functional process improvement initiatives, including workforce reorganization, planning and metrics. The primary goal of this team is to increase revenue, create greater efficiency and improve the overall customer experience within Time Warner Cable Media.
Prior to this role, Ms. Dickson was previously responsible for leading a Regional Operations Center in Dallas, Texas. This involved oversight of all technology, systems, order management, and order fulfillment for Time Warner Cable Media’s South organization. In this capacity, in addition to having responsibility for Media’s South operations, Ms. Dickson also led large scale technology enhancements and special projects related to the improvement of Time Warner Cable Media Operations, enterprise wide.
Ms. Dickson’s professional career has been primarily in the Cable Advertising industry with more than 20 years of experience in total. Starting at TCI of Kansas, Inc., she has worked for several large telecommunications companies including AT&T Broadband, Comcast and Time Warner Cable Media.
Ms. Dickson graduated from Kansas State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in History. In 2007 she obtained her M.B.A. from the University of Dallas. She is an active member in Women in Cable Telecommunications.
Ms. Dickson and her husband reside in Dallas, TX and are actively involved in the local community and in the raising of their 2 daughters.
