Kim is currently a manager for Cox Business Inside Sales leading two successful outbound teams of account executives which she has grown by 200+% since January 2020. Kim is a dedicated Servant Leader with a passion for mentoring to help others succeed in their professional career journeys. Kim’s larger sales team is focused on supporting small to medium businesses for all their voice, data, and video solutions in the Southern California markets of Orange County, Santa Barbara, and San Diego. Kim’s second team is an elite specialized group exclusively dedicated to expanding the fiber internet footprint nationally.
Kim began her career with Cox communications in 2008 as a front-line call center representative in the Residential Inbound Sales department. In a years’ time Kim career progressed to support the entire sales and retention departments as a Sales Lead prior to being promoted to a Retention Team Supervisor. In 2014, Kim became a Cox Sales Professional Educator supporting residential sales, retention, retail, sales web, direct sales, marketing, sales vendors, and leadership for both virtually and instructor lead development.
Kim grew up in Oklahoma where she attended Rogers State College with a focus on business administration prior to relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada. In her free time Kim can be found outside spending time with her family and friends often at a sporting or music event.
