Manager, Talent Development & Experience Cox Communications
Kim Huber is a Manager of Talent Development and Experience at Cox Communications where she focuses on ensuring the right people and development opportunities are in place to meet current and future business needs. She began her career with Cox in 2013 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and then a few years later she led the team, supporting Technology roles across all of the Cox divisions. In 2017 she was selected to participate in an 18 month accelerated leadership development program where she rotated across each division of Cox Enterprises in various Human Resources roles.
Prior to Cox, Kim held strategic Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager roles in the industries of manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education where she aligned people strategies and programs to drive business success.
Kim holds an undergraduate degree in Human and Organizational Development as well as a graduate degree in Human Resources Development, both from Vanderbilt University.
She lives in Atlanta with her husband, daughter, and two fur babies.
