Kim Kleinhans

Kim Kleinhans is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Comcast’s Central Division, which provides data, video, voice and security services to more than 11 million residential and business customers across 17 states. Kim leads an 800-person team, with responsibility for financial planning and reporting, capital management, information systems and technology, supply chain operations, compensation, security, credit and collections, real estate and project management.  

Since joining Comcast in 2002, Kim has held multiple positions in the finance department, including leading teams in accounting, information systems, business intelligence and care workforce management. She most recently served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing strategic financial planning, revenue operations and analytics, customer service finance, marketing finance and credit and collections. In this role, Kim was responsible for leading the annual budget process for the division and ensuring that business strategies, operational plans and financial targets aligned across all functions. 

Prior to joining Comcast, Kim worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Certified Public Accountant license. Kim has participated in several leadership programs, including the Executive Leadership Forum at Comcast, the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing’s (CTAM) Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School, Comcast Women in Leadership at Wharton, and is a Class 36 Betsy Magness Leadership Institute graduate.
