Kim is the Manager of the South Regional Operations Center based out of Greer, SC. In her current role, she manages a team of 50 people. Kim’s focus is in team development and building relationships with business leaders to maintain positive & collaborative communications. Kim has played a pivotal role in getting the South Region aligned with corporate processes over the past two years. Throughout her career, Kim has held several roles developing processes, procedures, and documentation. She was instrumental in her role with the Regional Operations Center National Team writing the playbook, and boundary partner agreements.
Kim lives in Simpsonville, SC with her partner. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, photography and painting.
