Kimberly Kleinhans

Kim Kleinhans is the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Central Division of Comcast Cable, providing data, video, voice and security services to over ten million customers.  Kim leads a 300-person team, overseeing strategic financial planning, revenue operations and analytics, customer service finance and workforce management, and credit and collections.  She leads the annual budget process for the division, ensuring the business strategy, operational plans and financial targets align across all functions.  She also currently serves on a national committee focused on improving the billing experience for customers. 

 

Since joining Comcast in 2002, Kim has helped transform the finance function by building collaborative relationships, delivering innovative solutions and streamlining business processes.  During her tenure, her responsibilities have included month-end financial close, billing system management, business intelligence and customer reporting.  She has also led key initiatives such as partnering with the Information Technology team to build the division’s first data warehouse to deliver enhanced analytics and centralizing the billing system function to improve the consistency of the customer experience.

 

Prior to joining Comcast, Kim served as an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.  She is a graduate of Comcast’s 2012 Executive Leadership Forum and the 2014 CTAM Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.  She also attended Comcast Women in Leadership at Wharton in 2013.  Kim currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Mike.
