In her in current role, she provides strategic and tactical guidance to a team of analysts and is responsible for the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of technology-enabled HR solutions for divisional and enterprise initiatives. She is a hands-on, results-oriented leader who specializes in building cohesive, high performing teams and delivering successful initiatives through authentic and transparent leadership.
Kischa is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Howard University. She has participated in the Cox Mentoring program, is a graduate of the Half the Sky Leadership program and is currently working towards a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. She has been married to her wonderful husband Allen, for 15 years. They also have a 10-year-old son. Kischa enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and engaging in community service with her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha.
