Kizzy Bailey Martin

​Kizzy Bailey currently serves as an Employee Communications Manager within Comcast’s Central Division.

 

In this role, she is responsible for providing internal communications strategy, content and support for the Division’s Human Resources and Business Services teams.  Kizzy works closely with Division leadership to drive employee engagement and support key projects and initiatives that educate, inform and inspire employees and contribute to the company’s overall success.

 

Prior to joining Comcast, Kizzy served as a Senior Communications Representative at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company – where she focused on employee and executive communications and also assisted with community relations activities. Her contributions to the employee experience earned her the AeroStar Recognition Award, which is the highest employee award available at the Company’s national level.

 

Previously, Kizzy worked at CNN as a News Producer covering the 2005 Tsunami Disaster in South Asia, the inauguration of President Barack Obama, Hurricane Katrina and other numerous other breaking news stories. Kizzy began her career as a morning TV news producer and reporter in Oklahoma and Tennessee.

 

An active community volunteer, Kizzy has served on numerous boards and advisory board positions with several organizations, including the WellStar/Kennestone Hospital Regional board, the Lockheed Elementary School Governance Teacher Board and the Fort Sill Oklahoma Military Wives Club. She is also a member of the National Management Association and an alumni of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce Leadership program.

Kizzy earned a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from American Intercontinental University.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys watching James Bond movies, traveling, and wine tasting. Kizzy lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two children.
