Krista Davis is a Senior Project Manager for Charter Communications’ Recruiting Services team. In this role, she is responsible for managing company-wide talent acquisition initiatives including identifying and mapping recruiting processes, creating a "Recruiter Learning Path", and developing an interviewing skills training program. Krista spearheaded the development of the Charter Recruiting Playbook, providing valuable tools and resources to a diverse talent acquisition team. Previously, Krista worked for Time Warner Cable leading the enterprise-wide team of recruiting coordinators. She has been with Charter (formerly Time Warner Cable) for seven years and has worked in recruiting operations for more than nine years.
Krista earned her MBA from Texas Woman’s University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration- Finance from Northern Arizona University. Originally from Arizona, she now enjoys living in Texas with her husband and two teenaged daughters. She keeps busy chauffeuring her daughters to their soccer and volleyball practices and enjoys traveling around the county to watch them compete. Krista also enjoys volunteering at a local animal shelter to help socialize animals in need of loving homes.
