Kristeen Cominiello currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Comcast’s Oregon/SW Washington Region. In this role she is responsible for sales and go-to-market execution across Oregon and Southwest Washington, serving more than 812,000 customer relationships.
She leads a 280 person team, responsible for creating profitable consumer relationships in regional channels including: Xfinity retail stores, the Xfinity communities (multi-dwelling) team, Direct Sales professionals, Indirect partners, and sales operations.
Kristeen began her career with Comcast in 2001 as a billing and repair representative at the Denver call center. Since then, she’s held many roles including retail store consultant, store manager, and direct sales supervisor. Because of her strategic leadership and strong results, Kristeen was promoted to Director for the Mile High region’s Xfinity stores, and then Sales and Marketing Director for New Mexico (part of the Mountain West region).
Under Kristeen’s leadership, the Oregon/SW Washington region has consistently increased customer relationships, successfully implemented the Net Promoter System, and earned top spots in the company for many of our regional sales channels. Her ability to inspire sales teams, collaborate across functions, and develop and implement growth strategies are hallmarks of her success.
Kristeen, her husband Jason, and three children: Beka, Belle, and Brody, enjoy fishing and traveling together.
