Sr. Manager, HR Comcast
Kristen Harris is a Senior Manager of Human Resources in Employee Relations for the Northeast Division of Comcast. In this role, Kristen partners with Field Human Resource professionals within the Northeast Division supporting 15,000 employees within 3 of the 5 Regional Locations. She is focused on advising, coaching and counseling multiple Human Resources functions as well as with the leadership team. She works as a Division champion to facilitate ER issues and collaborates with the regions to respond to all legal charges from the EEOC, DOL, state agencies and private lawsuits. Kristen also conducts field investigations into ER issues to support the division office and as regional back up.
Kristen is a native of New Hampshire and attended Keene State College in Keene, NH where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Occupational Safety. After working in the safety field for a few years she returned to college to obtain her Masters in Human Resources from Framingham State College. She also received her PHR certification in May of 2004. Currently Kristen resides in New Hampshire with her husband and almost one year old son.
