Kristen Smith is the Director of Initiative Management Office for Time Warner Cable Business Class. In her current role, Kristen works with leadership teams across the enterprise to steer policy and process toward best practices that drive business transformation. Through deployment of a standard operating model Kristen is driving sustained alignment to corporate strategies, working closely with business leaders through periods of organizational restructure and a changing business environment.
Kristen began her career in the cable industry with Time Warner Cable as a Financial Analyst in 1996. She has held several leadership positions in the Commercial Services Operations support organization over the past 10 years. Kristen is active in the community, serving on the TWC Diversity Council and services as Vice Chair for a local board focused on advancing these efforts.
Kristen holds a BS in Accounting, and is currently pursuing her MBA from LeMoyne College.
