Kristi De Tienne

Kristi De Tienne is a Senior Manager in Tier II Operations for the National Activation Repair & Security (NASR) at Comcast, which includes New Jersey and Denver.  She is currently responsible for Repair and Incubation team with 5 supervisors and 66 technicians.  Repair and Incubation is responsible for performing advanced cross platform service activation incubation of new products and repair activities consisting of triaging and customer voice routing, wireless, advanced video and high speed internet service issues that do not require a truck roll. 

With over 12 years at Comcast, Kristi has worked through all facets of operations including Customer Service, Billing, Tier I, Tier II, & Switch Engineering.  This has given her a unique understanding of how Comcast functions and the ability to relate with different organization’s needs.  As a Senior Engineer, Kristi had project and process leadership responsibility, in addition to technical responsibility for ensuring Comcast residential and business voice networks performed optimally from an end-to-end perspective.  Kristi created technical training, best practice guides, process development & outage management training.    

Kristi is a volunteer for Women’s Vision Savvy Salons and a co-chair and mentor in the WICT Mentoring program.  Additionally, she is a co-director and mentor in a Comcast mentoring program.  She is creating a mentoring program for Comcast Engineering team due to kick of this fall.

Kristi resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two sons, Nevan and Niko.
