Kristi Omland is the Sr. Director of Product Operations for Comcast Business. In this role, she directs a team whose purpose is to make it easier for the Customer Solutions organization to bring great products and solutions to market. She drives and maintains budget and forecasting for the organization; ongoing agile transformation with engineering partners; employee engagement initiatives; communications with the organization’s stakeholders; product reporting and analytics; and other special projects. Kristi has been with Comcast Business for nearly 7 years, beginning as a Manager of Product Deployment. Prior to joining Comcast Business, Kristi spent 11 years with an entertainment metadata company in training and program management roles.
Kristi studied Sociology and Psychology at Stetson University and has continued her professional education with a focus on program management and agile development methodologies in the years since. She lives in Philadelphia and has a passion for animals. She has been a volunteer with the local Animal Welfare Society for many years, providing dog and cat care for animals in the shelter, donations in support, and foster care for cats and kittens that just need a little help to become fully adoptable.
