Kristin Selihar

Kristin works as a Manager in the On Demand marketing group at Comcast, headquartered in her hometown city Philadelphia, PA. She’s responsible for managing a variety of tactics including the On Demand email program, overseeing creative development for cross channel, scheduling and creative execution for Dynamic Ad Insertion, spearheading quarterly corporate internal events and more.

Over the past 4 years that Kristin has been a part of the On Demand team, she has grown their email to a top-performing program in the company. Once a simple, unsophisticated program, the email campaigns are now strategic, targeted and successful with impressive response and metrics. Last year, she attended the Responsys Interact conference in San Francisco, CA where she had the opportunity to learn about industry best practices and network with top industry leaders.

Kristin has also worked on several aspects of cross channel including the implementation of VOD-telescoping and overall enhancements to the spot templates. She has also been integrally involved in DAI scheduling and associated spot development.

Each quarter, Kristin has spearheaded internal events with network partners in support of large company initiatives including: XFINITY Watchathon Week, Summer of Kids and Fall TV Fest. Partners have included HBO, Sprout, Disney, Turner, NBC Universal and Viacom. Through these partnerships, we have offered unique experiences for our employees including: photo opportunities (like a Game of Thrones green screen and an authentic chair from NBC’s The Voice), costume character and talent appearances (from Sprout’s Chica, to Cartoon Network’s Scooby Doo to Disney’s Caroline Sunshine) and prize raffles and giveaways (including exclusive Game of Thrones branded Xboxes, DVDs and more).

In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her friends in Philadelphia and her family that lives in the ‘burbs close by. She also has her hands full (in the best way possible!) with a 2-year-old fluff ball Shih Tzu, named Ben.
