Lael Beckwith is the Senior Director of Construction in the Corporate Field Operations group at Charter Communications. She oversees a team that supports, develops, and maintains standards and processes for a variety of construction functions. Lael first joined the industry with Time Warner Cable in 2004, hired as a temporary hire in a data gathering effort. She has, since, moved through various leadership roles within the construction department: from project manager to Construction Manager, Director and Regional Senior Director before taking her current role on the corporate team.
Lael finds it extremely motivating to identify and resolve issues that are preventing people and teams from achieving stellar performance. She and her husband have two children and live in the Denver area since moving from Central New York in 2019.
