LaShondia Kendrick is Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for Comcast Cable Corporation.
In her role, LaShondia has successfully navigated and implemented innovative shifts in Comcast Customer Experience business strategy over the last 12 years. Major site transitions to universal support models, implementation of cost-saving customer call segmentation strategies, and development of “digital first” customer initiatives are just a few of the ways LaShondia has acted as a change management champion.
She participates in the Big Brother/Big Sister program, is a member on the Girl Scouts of America board, and is proud of achieving the 2017 Circle of Success Companywide award for successful adoption of Net Promoter System.
LaShondia is a graduate from Tougaloo College with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is currently attending Belhaven University for her master’s degree in Leadership. She currently resides in Florida and enjoys spending time with her family, photography, reading and soaking up the sun.
