Laura Keon- is an Executive Leader with a background diverse in vertical experience, but consistently demonstrating success and achievement. The successes cross many industries including Health Care management, telecommunications, advanced technologies (Data Center, Call Center, Intelligent Buildings) and the MSO/Entertainment industry. Laura has built and diversified many sales and operations teams. Her experience spans start-up development, change leadership, and new product launch. In addition, her teams have led a multitude of audit/regulatory compliance excellence, as well as product support and deployment.
In her most recent role, Laura was engaged to grow a national channel presence for Altice as they aggregate a conglomerate of acquisitions in North America. During the first 18 months with Altice, Laura has grown the team from 2 people to 9, and has improved sales performance for her assigned channel by 309%. The growth trajectory for 2019 shows a trend toward an additional growth of at least 55% for the newly developed team. This team supports third party channel partners across North America.
Laura has degrees in Business Management, Molecular Biology and a Doctorate in Law. She has two children and enjoys free time on her farm or working as an officer with her local Volunteer Fire Department.
