Laura Lee

​Laura is a Vice President of Quality Assurance/Analytics for Comcast’s HQ Technical Operations.  She is responsible for the data, reporting and analytics for Technical Operations and process analysis and improvement activities. 

 

Prior to Comcast, she was the COO for Wells Fargo Auto Finance.  During her 9 years at Wells, she was responsible for underwriting, funding, billing, customer service and channel management. She also managed the EPMO, Process Improvement, Analytics, Fraud, Compliance/Governance and Facility Strategies.  Laura also worked for GE as a certified Six Sigma/Lean Master Black Belt.  She was also a Director of Operations for Cardinal Health where she ran a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical distribution center.  Laura began her career as a US Army Engineer officer. She graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned an MA from Webster University in Management.

 

Laura is an inspirational and innovative leader and has lead diverse, cross-functional teams with drastic transformation changes. She’s led 5 successful business integration efforts throughout her career, including the Wells Fargo Auto Finance/Wachovia merger.  She drives strategic and tactical problem solving, collaboration, creativity and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Laura resides in West Chester, PA with her husband, Jim, of 23 years.  Her daughter, Madi, is a junior at the University of Rochester.   Laura is the WICT Co-Chair for PGB Silent Auction and is active with West Point Women, the West Point Reunion Committee and Team CMMD.  Laura is a distance runner having completed 12 full and 29 half marathons. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, attending sporting events and home organizing/decorating.
