Lauren Kehrli

​​Lauren Kehrli is Director, Brand Activation and Partnerships for Turner Classic Movies (TCM). In this role she is responsible for growing and developing the TCM brand by implementing strategic, innovative and experiential initiatives that cultivate a passionate fan base while securing the network as a preeminent lifestyle brand.

 

Kehrli has also developed experiential marketing programs and partnerships for the television networks TBS and TNT, that strengthened the brands, increased consumer awareness, generated press, and leveraged partnerships as well as connected with new untapped audiences. Since joining Turner Broadcasting in 2002, Kehrli has implemented dynamic and immersive brand extensions including: TCM Classic Film Festival in Hollywood, TCM/Disney Parks and Resorts partnership, the TCM Classic Cruise on the Disney Cruise Line, TCM/Bonhams Partnership, TBS Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Chicago, TBS/HBO Comedy Festival in Las Vegas, and the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen. Most recently, she developed and executed new businesses for TCM by launching the TCM Classic Film Bus Tour in New York City and the TCM Movie Locations Tour in Los Angeles.

 

Prior to working in brand activation, Kehrli was a part of the brand development team that was responsible for the TBS "very funny" brand refresh. The branding campaign earned multiple prestigious industry honors, including a Lion Award at Cannes, the Gold Effie for Advertising Effectiveness and induction to the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) Hall of Fame. Kehrli also was the recipient of the Mark Award for the TBS Department of Humor Analysis brand campaign.

 

Before joining Turner, Kehrli began her career in the horseracing industry with the National Thoroughbred Horseracing Association and was a part of the team that launched the interactive horseracing network, TVG, in Colorado and Los Angeles.
