Leigh Becham began her career in the cable industry in 1997, when she joined Continental Cablevision in Jacksonville, FL, as a Customer Service Representative. Over the next 15 years, she systematically grew within the company, as it changed many names. Leigh’s first move was to a position of supervisor within the call center where she worked. Drawn to the technical side of the business, Leigh soon moved into the Dispatch organization to work more closely with the technical operations teams. Having also worked in Montgomery County, MD, Leigh eventually transferred to Comcast’s Charleston, SC, location. There Leigh was promoted to manager of technical operations where she oversaw both the technical teams as well as the system’s Dispatch operations.
Currently Leigh resides in Sarasota, FL, and maintains the position of Director of Fulfillment for Comcast’s Florida Region Dispatch center. Her current duties entail managing a regional dispatch center of 150 employees and overseeing the field operations for over 1000 technicians.
Leigh has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix. As evident in her many home locations, she enjoys travel and experiencing new challenges.
