Leslie is the Director of Development and Production, Scripted Content for Viacom International Media Networks. An accomplished television professional with more than 10 years of experience, Leslie oversees production of MTV Latin America’s annual tent pole telenovela series, from initial pitch to delivery.
To date, she has overseen more than 200 hours of original MTV programming and plays a vital role in the execution and success of each scripted telenovela that has aired on MTV Latin America since 2010. Leslie leads a full team of producers, coordinators and writers both in the US and Latin America.
Prior to joining MTV, Leslie produced observational documentary series, independent films, travel, natural history and crime shows as well as commercials and music artist webisodes for major television networks as National Geographic, Tru TV, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, TLC, Biography and others. She began her career as an 18 year-old intern at a South Florida ABC News affiliate.
Leslie is a native of Miami and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida International University along with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She resides in Miami Beach.
