Lindsay Lapinski

Lindsay is the Director of Production for the On/Off Air Creative team at CMT in Nashville, TN.  Working with three distinct creative teams, On Air Promos, On Air Design, and Off Air Design, one of her main responsibilities is to facilitate communication and maximize production opportunities to help promote CMT’s expanding roster of original and acquired programming.

Lindsay’s background in creative project management has translated into the research and selection of a single, dynamic project management workflow tool for all creative departments.  Working closely with other Viacom networks, she has identified cross-channel benefits and cost-savings for new and established workflow models.

Before moving to Nashville in September of 2011, Lindsay lived in New York City and worked with various creative groups at one of CMT’s sister channels, Nickelodeon. Starting at Nick Jr., she worked on a live-action series, JACK’S BIG MUSIC SHOW, and one fully animated series titled TEAM UMIZOOMI.  After transferring from Nick Jr. to Nickelodeon, Lindsay served as lead Project Manager for Nick’s all-channel “One Brand” re-brand, afterwards continuing on as Project Manager for the Nicktoons On-Air Promos team, and finally for the Nickelodeon Brand Creative team.  Prior to beginning at Nickelodeon, Lindsay worked on the other side of a network rebrand at LoyalKaspar, a boutique design studio serving large networks such as Showtime, Disney, and the Travel Channel.

Lindsay is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia in Athens.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Telecommunications Arts and Spanish.  Originally from Atlanta, GA, Lindsay currently lives in Nashville, TN, with her husband, Michael, and their beloved dog and cat.
