VP, Customer Service Strategy & Project Management Comcast
Lisa Kocsis-LeCureux is a Vice President leading the Customer Experience Strategy and Project Management organizations for the Comcast Heartland Region. Lisa leads the Heartland region’s efforts to transform the customer experience and to advance a culture focused on exceeding customers’ expectations, which includes looking at every decision through a customer lense and making measurable changes and improvements. In addition, she oversees Project Management office focused on the implementation of strategic initiatives, process improvements and product deployments. Lisa also leads and manages the Region’s COVID response and action plans.
Lisa brings over 30 years of experience to her role with the last 15 years being with Comcast, in varied roles ranging from marketing, sales, and operations to customer experience and project management across both residential and business services. She has the proven ability to manage and lead teams day after day, achieving and helping deliver strong business results even through periods of change and the pandemic.
Lisa graduated from the Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, where she earned her degree in Advertising. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys golf, travel and spending time with her kids (Alex and Max) and two dogs (Lulu and Ginger).
