Annelisa (Lisa) Michaels is a Human Resources Manager for Comcast’s Seattle Region in their West Division. In this role, Lisa is focused on the strategy, implementation and execution of Human Resources projects and initiatives for the technical operations and warehouse teams in Auburn and Spokane areas as well as the regional CommOps Team. In 2009 she was one of 6 regional employees selected to participate in the Strategic Thinking Empowerment Program (STEP).
Prior to Comcast, she worked as an HR Director in a start-up seminar company where she was responsible for strategic design, development and implementation of all Human Resources policies and practices. She has a total of 18 years of human resources and leadership experience and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
