Liz Menscer

Liz Menscer is Vice President of Project Management for Comcast’s Central Division.  In this role, Liz leads the planning, trial and deployment of strategic business initiatives including new products, engineering infrastructure and operational improvement programs.  She is responsible for the prioritization of competing business needs and ensuring that our programs are delivered with flawless execution and a focus on customer experience. Her portfolio includes the delivery of over 150 initiatives per year to a customer base of approximately 10.8 million across 4 geographical regions. 

 

Liz is 17 year Comcast veteran who has held a variety of roles at since she first started in 2000 supporting the first high speed data deployments. Throughout the years, she has worked in numerous roles and organizations within Comcast with a focus on quality delivery of engineering and new product deployments. Liz moved from Comcast’s Philadelphia HQ to the Central Division in 2008 where she built the Division PMO organization from the ground up initiating the team, process, tools and governance needed to deliver the key strategic initiatives she now owns.  Liz is known as a straight-shooter with a strong track record for delivering the needs of the business.  

 

Liz is a member of WICT & a current Mentor for WICT’s Mentoring Circles.  She is a graduate of Comcast’s Fundamentals of Leadership Program, Comcast’s Executive Leadership Career Advancement Program and the Comcast Women in Leadership course at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.

 

She prioritizes a strong work life balance and spends most of her spare time with her husband Jim & daughter Isabella in Marietta, GA.  She enjoys fitness, gardening, traveling & knitting.
