Lorelei Pate

Lorelei Pate is a Project Manager of Voice & IP Operations at Time Warner Cable. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the deployments of critical voice, network & systems initiatives across the TWC network nationwide.           
 
Lorelei has worked in the cable industry for 7 years, beginning in an administrative role at America Online.  She quickly transitioned to Time Warner Cable just as the Digital Phone product launched.  In her role at Time Warner Cable as a Rate Center Planning Engineer, she helped manage the activation of the Digital Phone product nationwide and contributed to critical projects such as the Wildcat project, which resulted in millions of operational saving for TWC by switching network providers for our Voice Services.  In addition, she managed the Adelphia acquisition project, which added about 2500 rate centers to TWC’s footprint, allowing the regions access to over $14M in potential revenues.
 
Lorelei is an active WICT member, attended the WICT leadership conference of 2009 & has participated as a WICT Core Team member of Time Warner Cable Herndon.  She is currently participating in the first Network Operations Planning/Network Engineering formal mentoring program.

Lorelei graduated with cum laude distinction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  She currently resides in Sterling, Virginia with her two wonderful rescue mutts Beowulf & Gryphon.
