My name is Lou Hanemaayer. I am a Phoenix resident from southern California. I am married to my lovely wife, Darlene; we have a 15-year-old, and 3 dogs. I am currently working for Cable One as a C4 Dispatch Manager. I am also a full-time student at Grand Canyon University pursuing my Business Leadership degree. I have worked for Cable One since 2007. I started as a Customer Care Representative and continued to work my way up to manage the dispatch team in Phoenix, Arizona. My leadership career started in 2001 when I was promoted to a Supervisor role for a company that sold timeshare. I continued that path through various companies and doing all I could to surround myself with good leaders. I am a tenured Leader who is passionate about guiding my group. I enjoy creating and fostering a positive, successful, and professional work environment where employees choose to work and achieve their goals. I really enjoy the coaching aspect of Leadership and am really looking forward to continuing my education through RLP to assist others who are wanting to contribute more to their role.
In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors. My family and I love to go camping, and we love to travel. We also really love sporting events, and love to watch the Phoenix Mercury play. I also really enjoy playing softball and basketball.
