Louise Thompson-Walker is an Associate Manager, Client Technology Services and Support in ESPN’s New York offices. She leads a team of analysts in providing day-to-day second-tier desktop technical support for five locations.
Thompson-Walker is responsible for managing, prioritizing, and delegating requests for onsite technical assistance; seeking rapid resolutions; and ensuring high levels of customer service. In her role, she is a liaison with other New York-based departments and the technology division, keeping everyone informed of new technologies to increase efficiencies and improve business productivity.
Prior to joining ESPN, Louise was a technical consultant on a long-term assignment (over 4 years) with AT&T and Lucent Technologies. She has held various positions at the world headquarters of Philip Morris, Inc. in New York, where she launched her career in the field of technology.
Louise earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Morgan State University in Baltimore.
