Manager, Credit & Account Services Comcast
Lydia Todman is a Manager of Credit & Account Services for Comcast Cable Central Division. In this role, Lydia leads a diverse team and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and relationship management of the department’s vendor operations. Her focus has been on continuously identifying, streamlining, and implementing workflows to enhance efficiencies in collection tactics to make the customer experience simple, consistent, and digital. As well as operational efficiencies with business partner processes to drive performance. Lydia works cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external teams to ensure objectives are achieved and responsible for staffing, training, mentoring and developing her team.
To be a good role model, better herself, and assist her career, Lydia earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. She lives in Kennesaw, Georgia, with her husband and their dog, Rocco.
