Lysa Dahlin is Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness for Comcast’s National Engineering & Technical Operations organization. In this role, she oversees development of HR strategies including talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development and employee communications. She also leads development of organizational effectiveness strategies that enable organizational growth and change. Under Lysa’s leadership, the national HR & OE function provides business partnership to over 2100 employees.
Lysa has over 20 years of human resources and business leadership experience. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Human Resources for Comcast’s Northern New England Region, with responsibility for development and implementation of HR strategies. She previously held senior management positions with Media One/AT&T Broadband and has over 8 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Additionally, she has held leadership positions in a variety of service and technology companies, including Trans National, American Express, TJX, and Progress Software.
Lysa currently serves as a Director at Large for the Philadelphia chapter of WICT, and the Board of Managers for the YMCA.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications and public relations from Boston University, and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration.
Lysa was born and raised in New England, and currently lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband, David, and her daughters, Dakota and Hannah.
