MacKenzie Roebuck-Walsh currently serves as Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing Operations for Comcast’s Beltway Region. She has enjoyed a decade long career in cable which began by winning CTAM’s Cable Apprentice at the University of Denver. From there she worked as a consultant with Sand Cherry Associates before joining Comcast in 2013.
MacKenzie’s passion is for connecting people and encouraging their ideas. She is driven to create and implement innovative strategies for company growth and culture development by improving both the employee and customer experience. She is a proven leader with the ability to engage functional groups across the division. Her background includes Care, CX, Finance and Sales & Marketing working in the West Division, HQ and Beltway Region. She is strongly dedicated to diversity and actively engaged in Employee Resource Groups.
MacKenzie has also served on WICT boards since joining the industry leading social media strategy for the Rocky Mountain Chapter, receiving the 2014 WICT Woman to Watch award and participating in various programs including Rising Leaders and EDS.
She’s proud to have the opportunity to lead the Baltimore/Washington DC chapter in 2019.
