Director, Business Operations, Residential Sales Time Warner Cable
Marcie’s career in the cable industry began in 1998 when she joined the MediaOne DTS, Digital Telephone launch team in Southern California as a Senior Financial Analyst. In 1999, she was promoted to Finance Manager for new products including DTS & High Speed Internet, a position she maintained during the 2000 acquisition by AT&T Broadband. During the Comcast acquisition in 2002, Marcie accepted the role of Finance Manager Revenue, Margin, Sales & Marketing reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing for Southern California. In this matrix role, Marcie also handled local accounting responsibilities, sales commissions and marketing analytics. During the 2006 Time Warner acquisition, Marcie accepted a Finance Director position, continuing her work in Revenue & Margin. In early 2013, Marcie accepted a Finance position supporting all CSG Call Centers across the enterprise. During this time, Marcie stepped away from margin and had the tremendous opportunity to learn the call center operations business from the best in class. In 2014, Marcie accepted the Director of Business Operations for the Residential Sales Organization. Joining the sales organization in a key operations role has provided excellent opportunities for development and growth.
Prior to joining the Marcie worked for National Telephone & Communications (NTC), Mission Foods, Interactive Cable Systems (ICS), Murphy O’Brien Communications and the American Cinematheque. Marcie is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Public Relations & Marketing. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziado School of Business. Marcie resides in Redondo Beach California with her husband and two boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.
