Margaret Umbarger

Margaret Umbarger’s career spans across multiple technology and industry platforms with proven ability to generate collaboration utilizing her unique sense of humility, humor, competency, receptiveness, and resiliency towards every day activities as well as larger company initiatives.

Investing 20+ years in healthcare, aerospace, mortgage and telecommunication industries in various Management roles has allowed Margaret to develop a passion for developing and implementing strategic alignment protocols. She has learned to embrace several process methodologies like ITIL, Scaled Agile, and numerous project management styles as tools to standardize and streamline delivery value streams.

Margaret’s education includes a Bachelor Degree at the University of Northern Colorado for Sociology with a Criminal Justice emphasis and a Psychology minor. She has also completed a Paralegal certification both of which have been used in various volunteer situations. She continues to enhance her career education with obtaining the ITIL Service Management certification as well as several company driven training opportunities centered on program, project and resource management techniques along with various leadership and culture building seminars.

Margaret is a Colorado native living in Littleton with her husband, two boys, and two dogs. She has two older sons who are making their living and exploring their passions. The family sponsors’ two children in Peru through Compassion International assisting with their needs and ensuring a safe place for healthcare and education. Her spare time is spent either volunteering for her church and related missions, or in the Rocky Mountains camping, fishing, hunting, or hiking.
