Marie Jones is Sr. Manager of Human Resources supporting Field Operations including Technical Operations, Network Maintenance, Construction and Warehouse functions. She also serves as the strategic led for the Warehouse, Fleet and Facilities in the Comcast Big South Region. In this role, Marie engages with employees to deliver strategic business solutions that span across talent management, compliance, change management and organization design. As a trusted business partner across Comcast, she is known for her collaborative and consultative approach in driving business goals and initiatives.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2018, Marie spent near 14 years working for a France based organization supporting Sales, Technical Operations and Supply chains across the US.
Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources. She resides in West Tennessee, where she enjoys virtual time family and friends and marriage counseling and teaching couples classes with her husband.
