Marie leads the Comcast.com eCommerce Project Management team, formalizing delivery processes, ensuring predictable code deployments into production and fostering collaboration between the team and business stakeholders. As a leader on the team, Marie helps to lead the team’s agile transformation, while continuing to maintain quality, predictable delivery and continually leads discussions with the eCommerce business on determining the most effective way to make process improvements in the SDLC. In her off hours, Marie is a group fitness and Zumba instructor and enjoys helping individuals meet and maintain their health and fitness goals.
